 why {just} divine designs?

  Well that's an easy question to answer!  I wanted to choose something that gives a glimpse into my life.  I am most certainly a person that is being transformed each and every day by my divine Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ.  I invited Christ into my life as a teenager.  He gave me forgiveness and grace. It would be so awesome to say that I have walked and lived in that grace and forgiveness with out fail, but that's simply not the case.  I've made the occasional wrong turn and bad choice but have always been led by the power of the Holy Spirit back to His loving arms.  He is a loving Father who wants His children to follow His paths because He desires nothing but the best for us. But when we choose to take an alternate path He is there to poke, prod or even push us back to where we belong and forgive us if we just ask (1 John 1:9).  All because of His crazy love for us!!   

  It is my prayer that you experience this crazy love and forgiveness that the divine Creator of the universe has for you too!  There's no reciting of a specific prayer or set of words that must be spoken.  No hoops to jump through.  Just a heart that seeks repentance and forgiveness. 

  The Bible says in Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

  The amazing part of this is that God will never force His way into our lives.  A loving relationship is never forced.  It's offered.  He waits patiently for us to respond to His gift of forgiveness and redemption. Romans 6:23 says, "for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."  No doubt, it's the best gift ever given!!

 I also have two other workshop helpers who are always at my side - Daisy (a black lab) and Lilly (a dachshund mix).  I couldn't ask for a better crew!!!
